Bratwursts are more than just a grill staple—they’re perfect roasted with seasonal veggies for a quick and cozy dinner.
What You’ll Need:
4–6 Guthrie’s bratwursts
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 zucchini, chopped
1–2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of dried thyme
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss chopped veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Spread on a sheet pan.
Nestle bratwursts in between the veggies.
Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping once halfway, until brats are golden and veggies are tender.
Serve with mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
